12 sessions include a 45-minute initial coaching session, and 11 subsequent 30-minute follow-up sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching sessions are purchased and will be facilitated within the 3-month time frame (see your coaching contract for details). Coaching sessions can be rescheduled/postponed for a date within 5 days of the originally scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours of notice. No-shows, cancellations, or reschedules with less than 3-hour prior notification are considered a breach of contract and will result in the full session fee being charged. No refunds will be honored. No exemptions.
